Exhausted and craving sweets!

No, I'm not pregnant. I'm just crazy. So my previous post I discussed Jeremiah's crawling. Well it has taken off. He has officially made it to other rooms in the house and is into everything. He is also pulling up, which he was doing before he was crawling. So, needless to say I'm exhausted from chasing this little boy of mine. And it is so fun. He gets so excited when he is crawling to get something. He almost pants (spelling?) like a dog. Also, the great thing about the crawling is he is exhausted after playing for so long that he sleeps great! And about the sweets, I don't know. But it made me think about a dessert I recently made and want to share. It is so easy!

Ingredients:
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup of butter melted
1- 12oz package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup pecan pieces
1 12 oz jar of caramel topping

1. Combine crumbs and butter in an ungreased 13 X 9 pan, stir and press firmly in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels and pecans.

2. Remove lid from caramel topping. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until hot, stir after 30 seconds. Drizzle over pecans. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack (i used my rack in my microwave). Chill at least 30 minutes and cut into bars.

Now this is so easy and amazing. And it takes very little time! We loved it so much I am making it AGAIN!!!!!! I think I am craving sweets because I have been working out a lot and I always crave chocolate when I work out. I think the idea is to not eat bad, but I do both.

Can't wait to get down there and see him today, and y'all too of course!! Maybe he'll eat his veggies for his Sonny!? Fun but exhausting stage (that crawling) but really important. Love y'all.
