I do not own maternity work-out clothing and do not plan on getting any. So, I often where my running shorts and today I put running tights underneath my shorts. Catie and I had just got done walking and I decided to go into Bath and Body Works to check out their sale. And here is the conversation from 1 weird gentleman: (I will key his sentences with a WG)
WG: Are you a runner? (While asking he is looking me up and down)
Me: Uhm, no. I just got through walking out here at the mall.
WG: Oh, because you look like a runner. Maybe like you run 5Ks and 10Ks?
Me: Oh ok. Not really.
WG: I ask because I run marathons and I am normally good at picking up on these things.
Me: Well I'm not running anything being this pregnant.
WG: Yeah I noticed you were pregnant. I am part of this running club and we meet at 6 in the morning and at 6 in the evening. You should join us. (He told me where but I didn't pay attention)
Me: Oh ok. Thanks. (Then I walked off)
I texted John David to tell him and mentioned in the text that I had on no make up, running shorts and I'm 28 weeks pregnant! What is this guy thinking? And my husband's remark, "What a weirdo!"
The funny thing is is that I am not a "runner." I have ran a lot in my life (I get on running kicks and then quit) but my friend Morgan just completed a half marathon and has motivated me to try and start. So, the plan is to start after Evie is born and run a 5K or a 10K.
I just thought I would share this with you all since I laughed very hard about it and thought you might think it is funny as well.

Danielle, you play for what I like to call "Team Hot" and you will remain on that team until the end of time, my friend.
OK, that's weird. But also a compliment! You still got it at 28 weeks, baby! ;)
Go girl! Rockin' the nods while pregnant! Solid work.
