So today is a big day for 4th year medical students and residency programs. Today is Match Day. The pictures above are of us 1 year ago at Match Day in Mobile. This was the day that we found out we were moving to Greenville, SC. We were shocked-especially me.We re-lived those moments with some of our best friends, Scotty and Jenny. They went through the experience today. And just as they were nervous, we were too. John David has talked about it non-stop for the last week because we really wanted them to match here in Greenville. And... THEY DID! Yes-they are moving to Greenville and to say we are excited is an understatement.
We were on the phone with them as they opened their envelope and when we heard Greenville, tears came to my eyes.
So, Scotty and Jenny we cannot wait for you to move here and are amazed at God's sovereignty in placing you here.
