After Christmas, my parents came to visit for the week of New Year's. And we got to open presents a 2nd time with them! We ALL enjoyed the presents and their company! John David was on call for most of the week and so having my parents here was a huge blessing.
Thanks mom and dad for coming up to see us and bringing presents! Jeremiah and Evie loved them.
And since my parents were here, John David and I got to go out for New Year's Eve! We ate with our good friends, Lee and Catie, at Larkin's. The food was great but the company was even better! We had a great time you guys. But since John David was post-call and on-call New Year's Day, our night ended at 10pm. Maybe next year we can stay out later! :)
