Happy Cow Creamery

Last Wednesday, Jeremiah's school took a field trip to Happy Cow Creamery! It is a dairy farm where they produce and sell their own milk and other dairy products!

Field trips are always an obstacle for momma! Jeremiah doesn't want to sit still and listen to the facts about the farm or how they milk the cows or how often they milk the cows. He doesn't want to go with the flow! He thinks because we are outside he has the freedom to run and do as he pleases! That makes things very difficult especially with Evie now walking who also wants to walk around with the big kids and not ride in her stroller! But with the help of his sweet teacher and friends, we made it. Jeremiah and Evie had a great time.

Future dairy farmer??? As you can see in the pictures above, Jeremiah wanted to "milk" the wooden cow. Everyone noticed that he was loving it and said to me, "You may have a future dairy farmer on your hands." I am sure that being a dairy farmer is great, but maybe he will do something else! :)

And the favorite part of the field trip for the kids had nothing to do with cows! They got to pick strawberries. Jeremiah loved it. He would run around screaming, "There is another one!" And since Evie loves strawberries, she walked around eating them! You can probably tell from her clothes.

That was our last field trip for the year. Jeremiah only has 3 more days of Mother's Morning Out until the summer. Next year he will be attending a new church 3-K program. I am so sad to leave Trinity United Methodist MMO. It has been a great year for us and Jeremiah's teacher has been amazing! Thank you so much Mrs. Melissa (and to the other teachers) for all that you have done for Jeremiah this year! We will miss you all!
