Potty Training: day 2

Despite the lack of sunshine and no outside-world contact, we are alive! I am going a little crazy, but making it. I went for a run last night which helped a lot!
Yesterday marked day 2 of potty training. And for all of those sitting on the edge of their seat waiting to read my child's potty diary... here you go!
We had a huge accomplishment yesterday! After waking up wet, he didn't go again until 10:00 am.
10:00- He asked for his diaper 2x and I reminded him that we threw them away! He then told me he needed to pee. So we ran to the potty and he went! Yay-but then he sat right back down and said he needed to go again. This time he told me to leave the bathroom. He sat in there for 10-15 minutes and to my amazement had pooped! We threw a major party!
11:00- He peed a tiny bit in his underwear, stopped and told me. We ran to the potty and he finished in the potty.
12:30-He did the same thing that he did at 11:00.
Nap-I couldn't get him to go before his nap. He woke up wet! He was upset about it but I reminded him that I wasn't mad and that he should let me know if he needs to go.
6:30- He peed after telling me he had to go!
6:45- Repeat
7:30-Repeat
He woke up this morning wet. However, he wasn't soaked and the bed didn't get wet! I am hoping he pees a little less every night until he has no more accidents!
2 days down, 1 to go...

I did this method with both of my children (Granger at 22 months and Zetta Grace at 26 months). It worked remarkably well and I have told so many people about it. I hope the good work continues. Hang in there and continue to be consistent and I'm sure he will do fantastic. Good luck on the rest of Day 2 and 3.
